Triangular UFO over Dublin?

Did a triangular UFO hover over Ireland? The object with three glowing tips was seen and recorded by multiple witnesses. The UFO, which was also accompanied by strange sounds similar to those being reported worldwide, was also reported to cause dogs to bark and then become mesmerised!
