Glowing UFO hovering St Petersburg, Russia

Hot on the heels of the ‘UFO Shocks Plane Passengers’ terrible UFO video which we featured a few days ago, UfoScandinavia have posted the following video of a supposed UFO on their YouTube channel. We are highly sceptical of this one as it looks very much like some kind of helicopter. Take a look at the video and decide for yourselves.
